TRACKING

Tracking will be attached to your invoice & PayPal within 7-10 business days from payment

Once we ship responsibility for tracking/retrieving items are handed over to you (buyer & the couriours)

I HAVE RECEIVED WRONG/DAMAGED ITEM

Please notify us via email within 24 business hours if you have received the wrong item, Please be sure to send us a screenshot of the outer label on the packaging & picture of items recieved! Once we recieve this information we can resolve the issue by organising a RESHIP of your original item we will cover the costs.

I NO LONGER WANT MY ORDER

Once order is received we begin processing after 1 hour, if there are any issues with your order, I.e wrong order purchased, you want a cancellation please do wats app us within the first hour WATS APP MSG +447862167448

RETURNS

All Sales are final due to the nature of the products.

CUSTOMS/LOST ITEMS

We do not replace items that show as delivered on the couriours website but you claim you have not received it!

We are not liable or responsible for items lost in transit

Any items returned through no fault of ours will be repacked and returned (customer must pay RESHIP fee) if customers refuse a return we will refund minus shipping/handling fee & minus 20% loss of shelf life fee/reshelving fee

Please check your address is correct, customers will have to pay for any returns if they gave an incorrect shipping address at checkout

The buyer is responsible for any customs fees

however as a gesture of goodwill we strive to help replace lost goods that was lost due to no fault of the customer or ourselves
